Due to the nature of digital products, code, tools, licenses, and services provided by VoidNet, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• change of mind
• incorrect purchase
• lack of usage
• dissatisfaction with features or performance
• failure to read product descriptions
• incompatibility with your system or environment

Once access is granted, a download occurs, or a product is delivered, the sale is complete and non-refundable.

Exceptions required by law

Where consumer protection or other applicable laws require refunds or specific remedies, we will comply with those obligations in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may result in:

• permanent account termination
